New grandbaby & where we all came from before this life

So, we have a new grand daughter- Maylee. The teachings of my church are that we all are spirit children of our Father in Heaven, and that we dwelt with him there before we came here. Here being the earth- which is like Heavens boarding school. That we do not remember it- so it can be a real test for us- to see if even through the trials of this life, we will choose good over evil.

That the very family and body we are born into are part of our test, and through the challenges that come with them, we will have the experiences suited to the growth areas we choose to develope. That no one can tell if being born into a rich family with a beautiful body and luxuries isn't MORE of a test- to still choose to do good to others and not be selfish and prideful- than to be born to a poor family in a third world country- where it would be easier to serve.

But that there will be pleanty of trails in each persons life, along with chances for joy as we make our choices. That we need to remember to thank God in all things, as even the very trails are blessings and opportunities for us to grow.

I am so pleased that we have this new grand daughter and that another grand baby- a boy Ray Kevin is expected the first week of June. May our Father in Heaven bless us all with what we need most.
