I am so pleased. It seems that my husband and I are progressing in our health from eating a Word of Wisdom way. Mainly whole grains, fresh veggies and fruits, while avoiding processed foods, sugars, white flour, dairy products and meat VERY sparingly! --- The benefits are;
more energy, losing weight, not being hungry or craving, sleeping better, less blemishes, and saving money. It is super great that my sweetheart is doing it too!
